❤️💚💙💛 House Launch 2025 💙💚💛❤️
This Friday (12th) children are invited to come into school with one part of their uniform swapped to something that matches the colour of their house team for this year’s launch.
This might be a hair accessory, shoe swap or wearing a coloured t shirt for their house team. Be as creative as you like!
**EYFS are invited to join in and choose the colour that they want 💛❤️💙💚
If your child is unsure which team they are in, staff will be able to let you know through Arbor.
Friday will be a very exciting day… Our new Y6 House Captains will be revealed as well as the children having the chance to earn some house points during our whole school treasure hunt!
We can’t to see everyone supporting their team and earning vital points.
Can Bridgewater 💛, Spode ❤️ or Wedgwood 💙 take Moorcroft’s 💚 crown this academic year?

📢Attention KS2 Parents/ Carers
This academic year there is a change to reading diaries for KS2 pupils. We have moved away from paper reading diaries and will be using an online reading record called 'Boom Reader.' 📚
Boom Reader is an online platform which allows parents/ carers to log each time their child reads at home. This is quick and easy using the Boom Reader parent app!
Children will come home this week with log-in information and a code to sign up to their individual account.
All of the information you need regarding 'Boom Reader' can be found in the letter attached. You will also find a Parent Guide which contains useful information around getting set-up and also using the app.
❕ Please note, Boom Reader is in place for KS2 children only. EYFS and KS1 children will continue to use the paper reading diaries.
If you have any further questions, please send me message via Class Dojo.

Thank you,
Miss Hayes ... See MoreSee Less
