I am delighted to welcome you to Eaton Park Academy. This is a wonderful academy with a strong family and community, and I feel extremely privileged and proud to be the Executive Principal here. It is our passion to give our children the very best opportunity to be successful and to recognise the talents of everyone.

Our academy is a happy and exciting place to be with lots of opportunities. Relationships are of the upmost importance to us, and we pride ourselves on our excellent relationships with all members of our school community. Behaviour in our academy is excellent, and this was recognised during an Ofsted visit in March 2019. The children are at the heart of everything that we do, and the values in our school reflect this. We believe that all children have the right to learn in a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. The academy environment is attractive and stimulating for the children, and supportive of learning.

Every member of staff in our academy is fully committed to ensuring that all children work hard, are well supported, and make excellent progress across the curriculum. Staff tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of the children and always strive to make learning interesting and fun. Staff pride themselves on getting to know their children, and take into account their interests and ideas so that they are inspired and motivated to learn. At the heart of learning in our academy is independence, confidence, and collaborative learning experiences. We believe that these are all skills that are vital to a successful future.

There are many opportunities in school for the children as we truly believe that children’s development should not just be limited to English and Maths. We continually work hard to further develop our broad and balanced curriculum, and children have excellent opportunities in PE and music. We offer many enrichment opportunities through our extensive extra-curricular programme and the many school visits that we offer. Life skills and confidence continue to grow through our residential trips and pupil character development programmes and activities.

Our academy is on an exciting journey to fulfil our motto: ‘Enjoy, Progress, Achieve’, in all areas of school life. We continue to make improvements, and our expectations are exceptionally high. Our universal aim is that all of our children are happy and successful learners, and that their experiences at Eaton Park have a positive impact on the rest of their lives.
