We are a mental health service for young people aged 8-18, living in Stoke on Trent💙
We also support parents, carers and professionals who work with children by giving mental health training.
If you are a young person, or a parent who would like support for your child, or to learn more about mental health yourself, please get in touch.

We offer:
- Wellbeing Workshops for ages 8-18 where we teach young people about mental health, and explore their own thinking patterns, self esteem and behaviours. We also help to teach them skills to manage their distress.

- Peer Support Groups, where young people are able to share how they have been feeling and how their week has gone with other young people and with a Wellness Coach. The Wellness Coach also helps to encourage the young people with their goals.

- Mental Health Training for parents, carers & professionals, which builds awareness and knowledge of mental health, and so, can help you to understand how your children, or the children you work with, may be feeling.

- Social Groups: Each week we run one or two social groups for young people. A new staff is in the process of taking over these groups and so, what groups will be available is being decided. But we have hosted groups such as Games Night, Art Night, Quiz Night and a Book Club.

As it appears that someone has set the British weather to 'random' and we are currently experiencing blizzard conditions we would highly recommend (wherever possible) not leaving the house and curling up with a good book instead. Adding a nice hot cuppa to this equation is also very acceptable!

Luckily we have several EXCELLENT books to recommend! And you can download these amazing eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines direct from our website! You could be reading a laugh-out-loud comedy, a gripping thriller or a melting romance in seconds!

In eBooks why not try:
The Doll's House by M.J.Arlidge:
Feathertide by Beth Cartwright :
The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden:

In eAudiobooks why not try:
Moon over Soho by Ben Aaronovitch:
The Creak on the Stairs by Eva Bjork Aegisdottir:
Fatal Isles by Maria Adolfsson:

In eMagazines have a look at:
House Beautiful:
BBC Good Food:
Hello! Magazine:
