At Eaton Park Academy, we believe that offering appropriate leadership opportunities to our pupils can help develop important skills in preparation for life beyond school. To belong to Eaton Park is an honour and these junior leadership roles contribute to the sense of pride pupils feel about the school. There is a huge range of opportunities for pupils to become leaders, represent their peers and contribute to the school community. Many student leadership opportunities focus on improving school life, and the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom.
