🎯 Attendance - 07.02.25 🎯
Our attendance is heading back in the right direction after a bumpy two weeks. ✅
We ended the week at 95.5% overall for our attendance which is only just short of our target figure of 96%. 🎯
4B smashed 💯% which is fantastic, meaning they were our top attenders this week. Very well done 👏🏼✨
We have also seen lots more classes hitting 96% or above this week, with nearly all of our KS2 classes hitting target or above! Well done 🎯👍🏼
Let’s aim for target this coming week before our half-term holiday.

🌟 Celebrating Our Eaton Park Family: Meet Shane! 🌟
At Eaton Park Academy, part of Alpha Academies Trust, we are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who inspire our students every day. Meet Shane, our Sports Coach & PE Lead, whose love for physical education is at the heart of everything he does!
🏆 "Working as a sports coach is more than just a job; it’s a passion that fuels me every day. I love the unique opportunity to help young children discover their potential, build confidence, and develop a love for physical activity. Watching their faces light up when they master a skill or achieve a personal goal is incredibly rewarding."
Shane takes great pride in leading our students to success, both on and off the field. Whether it's helping them build resilience, teamwork, or discipline, his commitment to their growth is unwavering.
⚽ "One of the highlights of my role is guiding students to compete in school teams. Seeing them take what they've learned in lessons and apply it to real-world competitions is immensely satisfying. Not only do they grow as athletes, but they also develop qualities that will serve them well beyond the playing field."
Thank you, Shane, for your dedication and the positive impact you have on our students! 👏

🌟 Our Year 6 students from Eaton Park Academy had an incredible experience at a Year 6 Transition Afternoon with the PE department at The Discovery Academy! 🙌
They got stuck into a range of exciting team-building activities and sports, including basketball 🏀, netball 🏐, and relay races 🏃♂️. Safe to say, they had an absolute blast! 😄
The goal of the afternoon was to make the transition to high school feel exciting rather than daunting. Through engaging, hands-on activities, our students got a real taste of secondary school life and discovered just how much fun high school can be! 💥✨

📢 Children’s Mental Health Week 2025 - Tuesday – Knowing Yourself 💭
Understanding who we are helps us grow!
Today, we’re focusing on self-awareness – noticing our feelings, strengths, and challenges.
Ask your child:
💡 What makes you happy?
💡 How do you feel when things are tricky?
💡 What helps you calm down when you’re upset?
The more we understand ourselves, the more we can find ways to feel good and succeed! Let’s take time today to reflect and share. 💚 ... See MoreSee Less

🌿 Children's Mental Health Week 2025 🌿
Today marks the start of Children’s Mental Health Week 2025, and what a fantastic way to begin! Our Well-being Warriors started things off with a fabulous assembly, teaching us all about this year’s theme: "Know Yourself, Grow Yourself."
They shared important messages about understanding our emotions, building resilience, and looking after our mental health in simple, practical ways. It was a great reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies! Well done Well-being Warriors!
Don't forget about the poster competition! 🎨🖌️ Entries are due this Friday – make sure to hand yours in to Miss Crewe to be in with a chance of winning green points!
We’re looking forward to a week full of activities that help us all reflect, grow, and support each other. 💚✨ ... See MoreSee Less
