TT Rockstars

At Eaton Park Academy, we believe that confident number fluency is a vital foundation for success in mathematics. That’s why we use Times Tables Rock Stars (TT Rockstars) — a fun and engaging online platform designed to help children master their times tables.

What is TT Rockstars?

TT Rockstars is a carefully sequenced programme of daily times tables practice. Children take on the role of a rock star and earn coins as they improve their speed and accuracy. The more they practise, the more fluent they become — and the more rewards they unlock!

Whether they’re playing in the Garage, competing in Studio mode, or challenging classmates in Rock Arena, pupils are motivated to beat their personal bests and climb the leaderboard.

Why is it important?

By the end of Year 4, children are expected to know all their times tables up to 12 × 12. TT Rockstars helps pupils build this knowledge in a way that’s fun, competitive, and tailored to their individual progress. Regular practice supports:

  • Quick recall of multiplication facts
  • Improved mathematical confidence
  • Success in wider maths learning
  • How can parents help?

We encourage parents to support their child’s learning by:

  • Setting aside time each day for TT Rockstars practice
  • Celebrating progress and achievements
  • Encouraging friendly competition with siblings or classmates

You can access TT Rockstars on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Each child has their own login details provided by their class teacher.
